Adrian is an Operating Partner of Equilibre Capital. In addition to his responsibilities at Equilibre Capital, Adrian is a Partner at Bain & Company. 

 

Over the course of his career,  Adrian has worked with many of the world's leading multinational organizations to successfully execute large transformation programs, operating model changes, turnarounds and merger integrations. His passion is building and scaling organizations to reach their full potential. He has worked with companies around the world across pharmaceutical, financial services, consumer products and technology, with a focus on mining, energy and natural resources.

 

Prior to Bain, Adrian worked at Deloitte Consulting and at Monitor Group, based out of their New York offices.

 

Adrian holds a double Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Arts from University of Queensland.
